Lead of Sales and Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Provide mentorship and direction to a team of sales associates and marketing professionals
- Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts within universities and businesses
- Conduct compelling presentations and phone outreach to potential clients
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to facilitate seamless communication and product development
- Effectively manage multiple products concurrently
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing (minimum of 5 years)
- Outstanding presentation and phone communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate tasks efficiently
- Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Expertise in managing multiple products and adept at prioritizing tasks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
