Lead of Business Development

Tactile Robotics, a leader in digital health innovation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead of Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring the continued success of Tactile Robotics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with the company’s goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve collective objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate and negotiate partnerships, contracts, and agreements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of business development professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or related roles (minimum of 7 years)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
